Let’s Make a Difference with the UPS Wishes Delivered Movement

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

This year has been one of the craziest years I can recall, unfortunately my year started out with the passing of my father, but it seems like after that tragic event everything has fallen into place. Looking back, this has been my best year when it comes to blogging and with that I was able to help a lot of people in my family and around me. Now that the holidays are amongst us, I’ve continued that by trying my best to help others in need. I’ll be honest, that’s one of the best feelings in the world knowing that you’re able to help those in need and to see somebody’s reaction when you’re helping them is priceless. Throughout the year I’ve tried to tell anyone around me the importance of helping others, whether it’s family members, someone that’s homeless, a veteran, elderly person or even in your child’s school. During most of my conversations, people wanted to help others but they just didn’t know how to go about doing it. I’ve seen firsthand myself several young men who are small business owners who help underprivileged kids throughout the year by having toy drives, giving out school supplies or giving free haircuts when school start back. Now you can help by just sharing some stories of someone in your community or even yourself with the UPS #WishesDelivered campaign. UPS will donate $1 to one of their charity partners (Boys & Girls Club of America, World Food Programme, Toys for Tots Literacy Program, The Salvation Army, the UN Refugee Agency) up to $150K! Your wish could automatically be a part of the #WishesDelivered Site by simply posting the wish on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #WishesDelivered, or going direct to the #WishesDelivered site and submitting there.

There are so many people in the world that’s making a difference from teachers, pastors and many more, but now you can do your part with UPS. For every wish shared with #WishesDelivered, you’re helping spread holiday cheer and also raising money for charity! The campaign lasts from now until January 1st, so please do your part in this awesome campaign from UPS. From all the charities that UPS is donating too, which one are you more familiar with and are you involved with any of them? We all wish they could make a change one way or the other, whether it’s world peace, end homelessness or just everyone show each other love, What’s your wish?
