We kicked the PPV off with the Hell in a Cell match between Jeff Hardy & Randy Orton. It’s hard to believe that this was the first time Jeff Hardy has been in one of these matches. Orton has been targeting Hardy for the last couple of months, which resulted in this match. This match had damn near everything possible and that included Orton using a screwdriver to stretch the ear of Hardy. They also used tables, ladders, chairs and Jeff Hardy’s belt. The ending saw Hardy swing from the top of the cage while Orton lie on the table below. As Hardy tried to land on Orton, he moved, and Hardy crashed through the table. The referee immediately called for the paramedics and Orton made him count to three. Winner: Randy Orton

Match Rating: 4/5- This was an absolutely brutal match from these two. Either Jeff Hardy is legitimately hurt or he’s selling the hell out of that bump.

We move on to the SmackDown Women’s Championship match as Charlotte Flair defended her title against Becky Lynch. As we all know, Becky Lynch turned on Charlotte at Summerslam after Flair won the Women’s title. The fans have loved Becky Lynch ever since turning on her best friend. Ever since, Becky Lynch has attacked Charlotte Flair every chance she could get. As far as the match, this felt like an old-school match with counters, mat wrestling and working on one part. Throughout the match, Becky Lynch worked on the arm of Charlotte and Flair on the leg of Lynch. In the end, Charlotte got rolled after trying to spear Lynch and was pinned. Winner and New SmackDown Women’s Champ: Becky Lynch

Match Rating: 3.75/5- This was really a good match between these two and after the match, Charlotte tried to shake her hand, but Lynch raised the title and left.

We had a last minute addition to the card that features four guys that’s been feuding for a while now. Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler put their Raw Tag titles on the line against Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins. This match was absolutely crazy, and it delivered big time. Ziggler & Rollins went at it most of the times, while Ambrose & McIntyre were at each other’s necks. The match had great spots and plenty of action. Things picked up when Rollins tried to hit a suicide dive on both guys, but they caught him. Ambrose dove on all of them afterwards and the crowd went crazy. In the end, Rollins hits a superplex off the top. As Rollins tries to roll through for the falcon arrow, McIntyre hits the Claymore out of nowhere for the win. Winners and Still Tag Champs: Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler

Match Rating: 4.25/5- What an amazing match!

A.J. Styles put his WWE Championship on the line against longtime friend and foe, Samoa Joe. Things between these two have gotten personal over the last few weeks. With it being so personal, we knew that they would go all out and getting really physical in the process. Samoa Joe went all out and beat the hell out of Styles and there were times Joe almost won the title. Styles fought back and gave Joe everything he had also. In the end, Styles hits the Pelé kick. Styles tries the Phenomenal forearm. Joe moves out of the way and puts Styles in the Coquina Clutch. Styles rolls Joe into a pin. Styles gets the three count. Winner and Still WWE Champion: A.J. Styles

Match Rating: 3.75/5- Another Phenomenal match between these two. After the match, Joe claims Styles tapped out. Joe grabs the WWE title. Styles kicks Joe in the head and takes back his title.

We had Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella battling the Miz & Maryse in a mixed tag team match. I’m loving this feud, but honestly, I would’ve rather have it be two singles matches. The match picked up whenever Miz & Daniel Bryan were in the ring. Brie and Bryan Yes kicks Maryse and Miz at the same time. Maryse and Miz both duck the last kick. Miz and Maryse try to leave. Bryan and Brie cut Miz and Maryse off. Brie sends Maryse back into the ring. Brie Mode knee by Brie. Brie rolls up Maryse. Maryse reverses it and grabs a hand full of tights to get the win. Winners: Miz & Maryse

Match Rating: 2.5/5

Ronda Rousey had her first title defense against former champion, Alexa Bliss. Throughout the match Rousey dealt with distractions from Mickie James & Alicia Fox. Alexa Bliss also worked on her injured ribs throughout the match. Natalya finally take out Alicia Fox while Rousey sent Mickie James into the ring post. After Alexa Bliss grabbed her and started mocking Rousey, things turned around. Rousey grabs Bliss by the throat. Rousey hits a nasty Dr. Bomb. Rousey tees off on Bliss. Rolling DVD by Rousey. Rousey starts to put Bliss in the armbar but Bliss taps before it is even applied. Winner and Still Raw Women’s Champ: Ronda Rousey

Match Rating: 2.75/5

We finally arrive at the main event as Roman Reigns put his Universal title on the line against Braun Strowman. Mick Foley was the special guest referee and this match had a little bit of everything. They beat the shit out of each other with anything they could find. Ziggler & McIntyre run down during the match, but Ambrose & Rollins follow behind to attack them. It basically turned into a 6-man match and it was chaos everywhere. All the action took place on top of the cage where Ambrose, McIntyre, Rollins and Ziggler all fought. Ziggler and Rollins battled on the cage then they eventually both fell and crashed through the announce table. Everyone was down and all of a sudden, the music of Brock Lesnar hit, and he made his way to the ring. Lesnar kicked down the cage door and destroyed Reigns and Strowman. No Contest

Match Rating: 3.25/5
