Being someone who used to work night shift, my selection for food and snacks were atrocious. Almost a year and half ago, my life changed and I’m no longer working that shift anymore. If you’re trying to get healthy or just maintain a healthy lifestyle, you normally want it to have a nice taste. They come in strawberry, chocolate, original, banana, coconut and lemon cheesecake. You can add water or milk with the powder. For me, I’m using almond milk or regular milk with mine. The shakes come in chocolate and vanilla and they are just as good as the ones you mix yourself. The megabites are a chocolate brownie flavor and they don’t have the chalky taste like other protein bars.

Stay Full for Hours and They Ship Fast
One of the things about these Runtime meal replacements is that they keep you full for hours. Before work, I’ll make one and drink it on the way there. It keeps me full from 3:30 until about 10 at night. During this time, I’ll maybe have a fruit, but that’s it. My shipment arrived in about 2 days, which is really fast.
My Final Thoughts
All flavors of the meal replacement were really good. My favorites were the strawberry, lemon cheesecake ad banana. It’s cool that they also include the shaker so you don’t have to spend more money buying your own. It was easy to wash and I love the color also. Everything tastes great to the point that you don’t realize you’re eating healthy.
