With this being the final Friday of the year and decade, we have one more Mixtape Friday. With Jay-Z having his albums on Spotify now, why not do a Jay-Z playlist? The playlist will be his best tracks from his solo albums and the Watch the Throne collabo with Kanye. Jay-Z is definitely in my top-15 rappers of all-time and one of the greatest to ever do it. Joe Budden is one of my favorite rappers every. It’s crazy that a lot of people didn’t know much about him until that Top 50 List appeared a few months back. The ones that knew about him referred to him as the guy that used to sing Pump It Up. Joe Budden’s legendary Mood Muzik mixtapes is what made me a huge fan of his. Last week, we highlighted J. Cole as he’s one of two favorite artists of this generation. This week, we’re highlighting the other one and it’s none other than Kendrick Lamar. Kendrick Lamar has released four studio albums and the Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City being his breakout project.
