Daddy’s Hangout TLC PPV Review

This PPV was being built as the Shield returning to the ring together for the first time in three years. It turned out that didn’t happen as WWE has been stricken with a viral meningitis issue, so everything changed. As far as we know, the only ones affected is Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas. With Roman Reigns not able to compete, we learned that Kurt Angle would replace him to team with Ambrose & Rollins. This would be the first time Kurt Angle has wrestled in a WWE ring in 11 years. Since Bray Wyatt couldn’t compete, we were ... [read more]

Are You Looking for a Free Citation Machine?

Every student knows the pain of writing term papers and theses, and then the added nightmare of creating a bibliography and citing all your sources. Citations are a royal pain, and anyone who has ever written paper knows that. These days, students not only have to manage their academics, but they also must juggle a social life, sleep, and in some cases even a part-time job to support their education. It often leads to time shortage and the student is left to write their term papers at the last moment. While that may be possible thanks to ... [read more]

Good Kid Maad City Released 5 Years Ago from Kendrick Lamar

It’s hard to believe that Kendrick Lamar released his classic, major label debut Good Kid, Maad City. Seeing I was such of fan of his Section 80 album, which he dropped a year earlier. Of course, him being such a huge 2Pac fan helped me kind of gravitate to his music. The album featured his Black Hippy crew and Drake, but also legends like Dr. Dre, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige and MC Eiht. To get you ready for the release, he also releases The Heart Pt. 3 and that made me ready for the album even more. The first single was released back in the spring ... [read more]

Atlanta Dropped by Dwight Howard and Charlotte

Dwight Howard couldn't suppress a wide smile when asked if he gained any personal satisfaction from his performance Friday night against his former Atlanta teammates. "Uh, yeah," Howard said with a laugh. "I just wanted to go out there and dominate -- and that has to be my mentality every night." Kemba Walker scored 26 points, Howard was a major force inside with 20 points and 15 rebounds in his first home game with Charlotte, and the Hornets rallied to beat the Hawks 109-91. The Hornets trailed by as many as 20 in the first half, but ... [read more]

Daddy’s Hangout Week 8 College Football Predictions

Welcome to Week 8 of the college football season as now it’s finally starting to feel like football weather. Last week, my record was 2-1, which makes my record 20-10 as my winning percentage remains 66.7%. Last night saw an incredible comeback by the Memphis Tigers on the road against the Houston Cougars. The rankings have continued to change every week with so many upsets taking place like Syracuse beating Clemson last week. If that wasn’t enough, California blew out then 8th ranked Washington State also. This week I’ll only be predicting 2 ... [read more]

Daddy’s Hangout NBA Predictions October 20th

Last night I improved my overall record to 3-2 after winning both games I predicted. The new “Big 3” in Oklahoma City looked phenomenal in their debut against Carmelo’s old squad. Westbrook, George and Anthony all scored at least 20 points, plus Russell added 16 assists and 10 boards. In the nightcap, the Clippers took care of the young Lakers as Lonzo Ball finished with 3 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in his debut. The biggest shocker for me was D’Andre Jordan going 4-4 from the free throw line as he finished with 14 points and 24 rebounds. ... [read more]

Atlanta Hawks Win Opener On Road Against Dallas

Dennis Schroder's first game as the front man for the Atlanta Hawks just happened to be the night that countryman Dirk Nowitzki joined Kobe Bryant as the only players to reach 20 seasons with the same team. The young guard showed Germany's aging icon that maybe he can be the face of a franchise as well. Schroder scored 28 points, fellow Euro standout Marco Belinelli added 20 in his first game for Atlanta and the rebuilding Hawks spoiled rookie Dennis Smith Jr.'s solid Dallas debut, beating the Mavericks 117-111 in the opener ... Daddy’s Hangout 2017 NFL Predictions Week 7

Welcome the Week 7 of the NFL season and man last week was terrible for me. My record was 2-4, which dropped my overall record to 24-24 which means my winning percentage is 50%. Since the Philadelphia Eagles is my favorite team, I’ll take that L by picking Carolina to beat them. The Minnesota Vikings upended the Green Bay and you can say that Aaron Rodgers doing out with a broken collarbone had something to do with it. Kansas City experienced their first loss as Pittsburgh beat them in Arrowhead to rebound from their terrible outing a week ... [read more]

Daddy’s Hangout NBA Predictions October 19th

If the two games on opening night wasn’t enough, I’m sure the second one was good enough for you. My record last night was 1-2, which drops my overall mark to 2-3 making my winning percentage at 40%. The biggest performance of the night had to come from the Greek Freak. He lead Milwaukee to the win in Boston by scoring 37 points and pulling down 13 rebounds in the process. John Wall scored 28 points to lead the Washington Wizards to victory over the upstart Philadelphia 76ers. In the final game of my predictions, San Antonio outlasted the ... [read more]

The New York Yankees Blank Astros, Take 3-2 Series Lead

This time, it was Masahiro Tanaka who was untouchable on the mound. And when the New York Yankees sent Houston ace Dallas Keuchel to an early exit, their rollicking crowd let loose with a cathartic roar that must have boomed all over the Bronx. "New York is no joke," Keuchel said afterward. One more big win, and these Yankees are World Series-bound. Tanaka pitched seven innings of three-hit ball and New York finally solved a longtime nemesis at just the right moment, beating Keuchel and the Astros 5-0 on Wednesday for a 3-2 lead in the AL ...
