Best of Joe Budden for Mixtape Friday

Joe Budden is one of my favorite rappers every. It’s crazy that a lot of people didn’t know much about him until that Top 50 List appeared a few months back. The ones that knew about him referred to him as the guy that used to sing Pump It Up. Joe Budden’s legendary Mood Muzik mixtapes is what made me a huge fan of his. For me, all four were classics and his albums are alright at best. For his Mixtape Friday, hopefully I’ll convince a lot of people to see why I’m a huge Joe Budden fan. Joe Budden has released 8 albums, 6 mixtapes, a part of the…

Slaughterhouse Dropped Debut Album 10 Years Ago

Slaughterhouse dropped their self-titled, debut album 10 years ago today. Joe Budden, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz and Royce 5’9” formed the supergroup. The group came together when Joe Budden was working on a song for his Halfway House album and enlisted the services of Nino Bless, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5’9″ for a song entitled “Slaughterhouse”. The One was the first single released off the album. The track was released a little over a month before the album…

Joe Budden If I Die Tomorrow for Throwback Thursday

When Joe Budden first burst on to the scene with all the hype of his Def Jam debut, he didn’t do it for me. Pump It Up came out and it was a cool track. After listening to his debut album, the track that stood out was Walk with Me. Joe Budden started dropping those Mood Muzik mixtapes, that was the Joe Budden that drew me to him. A few weeks ago, Joe Budden was featured on Throwback Thursday with Follow My Lead from his Mood Muzik 4 project. Today I’ll be featuring If I Die Tomorrow from Mood Muzik 2 for Throwback Thursday. Check out the track below and…

Follow My Lead Joe Budden for Throwback Thursday

The whole hip hop world has been talking about Eminem’s new album. Throughout the album, Eminem dissed multiple people which included Machine Gun Kelly, Joe Budden and several others. Machine Gun Kelly responded with a dope track, but Joe Budden has stated he’s not responding on wax. For those that know me, they’ll tell you that I’m a huge fan of Joe Budden. Many people are still not familiar because he’s not a popular artist. When it comes to spitting, he’s one of the better ones you’ll find. Before being part of the media, Joe Budden beefed with some of the best rappers we’ve ever saw. 50 Cent, G-Unit, The…
