Daddy’s Hangout 2021 NBA Finals Prediction

We are finally down to two teams remaining in the NBA playoffs. We have the Milwaukee Bucks representing the East and the Phoenix Suns coming out West. If you followed my Eastern and Western Conference predictions, you know I got this totally wrong. My prediction had the Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Clippers advancing to the NBA Finals in six games. The Phoenix Suns closed out the Clippers in 6 games in a hard fought series. On the other side, the Bucks finished the Hawks in 6 games also in another hard fought series. Can the Phoenix Suns and Chris Paul finally win their first championship? Can the Bucks win…

Daddy’s Hangout 2021 Eastern Conference Finals

The Western Conference Finals have begun already, so now it’s time to shift the focus to the East. The Milwaukee Bucks will host the Atlanta Hawks for the right to go to the NBA Finals. Milwaukee hasn’t won an NBA championship since 1971 when Lew Alcindor was their top player. For the Hawks, you would have to go all the way back to 1958 when they were in St. Louis. Milwaukee and Atlanta were two of my top-5 favorites in the East after the trade deadline. Giannis have been amazing in this postseason and he stepped up more against Brooklyn. The Bucks won their series in seven games and the…

Daddy’s Hangout 2021 Western Conference Finals Prediction

How exciting has the NBA playoffs been? We have now arrived at the Western Conference Finals. The Phoenix Suns will take on the Los Angeles Clippers for a spot in the NBA Finals. The Suns are still searching for their first NBA title. The Los Angeles Clippers have finally reached the conference finals in their 51 year history. The Clippers were one of my favorites to come out of the west this season. Unfortunately, the Phoenix Suns were not on that list despite being a top team all season. The success of the Suns will hinge on the availability of Chris Paul. As we all know, Chris Paul will at…

Top 5 Western Conference Teams After Trade Deadline

Now that we have the Eastern Conference out of the way, let’s head out west. The Western Conference saw their fair share of happenings before the trade deadline. The Lakers acquired another big man, but it was not via the trade. Andre Drummond finally was bought out by the Cavs and signed with the Lakers. The Denver Nuggets made a huge splash by landing Aaron Gordon from the Orlando Magic. Denver also added JaVale McGee also and that will help defensively. The Clippers added championship experience in the form of Rajon Rondo from the Atlanta Hawks. Portland added more depth at guard and scoring by acquiring Norman Powell from Toronto.…

Top 5 Eastern Conference Teams After Trade Deadline

The NBA trade deadline has come and gone and we had some interesting moves take place. We are going to focus on the Eastern Conference with this one. Brooklyn went all in by acquiring Blake Griffin after he was bought out. Later on, they added LaMarcus Aldridge after he was bought out by the Spurs. The Orlando Magic went into full rebuild mode by trading their best players. Aaron Gordon was shipped to Denver and Nikola Vucevic was dealt to Chicago. Evan Fournier was also traded as he went to the Boston Celtics. There were other teams that made moves like the Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat. After all these…

Who are the Highest Points Scorers in NBA history?

There is simply no denying it, basketball is one of the most entertaining games in the world to watch with its end to end nature combined with a bit of showboaty dunking thrown in for good measure. Here though we’re focusing purely on the men who sink shots like they’re on stag do at Hooters with a look at the highest points scorers in NBA history. Number 5. Michael Jordan He might be the Greatest of All Time but when it comes to points scored, he only sits fifth with a total of 32,292. Considering the Chicago Bulls legend twice retired before making comebacks it’s fair to say he might…
