It’s crazy that my wife and I have been together since I was 19-years-old, she’s two years younger. We’ve been together for over 20 years and it seems like things are still trending in the right direction. Since we have two kids that have graduated high school, we spend more time together. We have our youngest daughter, who’s entering her final year of middle school this year. One thing we try to do at least once a month is go on a date together. There we can spend quality time talking about damn near everything that’s going on in our lives and the world around us. September is the month we got married, so our anniversary is right around the corner. With that being said, I’ve got about 5 gifts ideas that’s running through my head and see what you think.
We have thought about a couple of places that we’d like to go without the kids. The weather is still nice in the beginning of September, so we thought about hitting the beach. We visited the Golden Isles a couple of months ago and we really enjoyed ourselves. We also thought about going to the Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee since we haven’t been in a while. Unfortunately, we can’t make plans for a weekend getaway because our daughter is a cheerleader and has games on Saturday.
They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend, right? My wife has several rings in her collection with some she’s had since we started going together. She keeps them in her jewelry box and most of them she doesn’t wear, but she keeps for memories. When it comes to necklaces, she has quite a few also, but she’s dropped a couple of hints about one particular one. Guys, if you’re reading this, one thing to do is always peep the hints your significant other throws at you.
My wife hates shopping, like she really doesn’t like to shop. These days people are just too rude, and it seems like there’s also an issue with something all the time. Recently, I showed her a new company where she can get the essentials she needs. Knix is a place where she can build kits with bras, panties, tank tops and other women needs. All you have to do is find what you’re looking for, place your size and your kit is built. All their product comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.
For the past couple of weeks, she’s been dealing with some stressful issues with her family. It’s incredibly hard seeing her go through what she’s dealing with and all you can do is offer support. She deserves to be pampered and taken care of. There’s no better stress relief where she can go and it’s all about her without any worries. If you have a significant other or wife, the spa day idea is a great one and she will love you for it.
