Head to Fan Fest at the Battery Atlanta This Weekend

The Battery Atlanta invites you to a weekend celebration of all things football as we host Fan Fest February 2 & 3! This fun, free event will be held in the Plaza from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 2 and from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 3 during The SunTrust Confidence Classic.

Put your talent to the test as a quarterback, receiver and kicker during the skills challenge – or maybe you’d rather test your football knowledge with an interactive trivia game hosted by Braves in-game host Mark Owens on the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage. Don’t miss The Battery Atlanta spirit squad performing on the Spanish steps and live entertainment at the Fox Sports Stage.  

  • Fan Fest Skills Challenge (Receiver, Kicker, Quarterback – special guest appearances from your local High School Quarterbacks from McEachern, South Cobb, Hillgrove, and Campbell High Schools)

19th Annual Celebrity Flag Football Challenge

Organized by Celebrity Sweat, the 19th annual Celebrity Flag Football Challenge will kick off Feb. 2 at 1pm at SunTrust Park. The star-studded teams will be led by NFL alum Doug Flutie and Hip-Hop sensation Quavo against former Falcon Michael Vick and NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin with additional pro-athletes, celebrities and musicians such as Andre Reed, Ron Jaworski and former Falcon and Atlanta Brave Brian Jordan. The full line ups will be announced closer to the event.

Gates to the Celebrity Flag Football Challenge will open at 11:30 a.m. for pregame activities, including the annual Military Scrimmage between the pros and members of the Armed Forces and performances featuring local marching bands, cheerleaders and mascots from the Atlanta Public SchoolsClick  here for tickets and use the promo code FFBRAVES for $10 off your ticket purchase.

Throughout the week and into the weekend, you’ll want to make plans to visit the on Up Experience to enjoy music by DJ Ruckus and Emcee Lewis, player appearances, autograph signings, and much more. Hours for the On Up Experience will be:

  • Thursday, January 31 – 12-6 pm
  • Friday, February 1 – 12-8 pm
  • Saturday, February 2 – 10 am-8 pm
  • Sunday, February 3 – 10 am-6 pm

This is something that the Atlanta Braves has put together just like the Chop Fest.
