The Get Rich or Die Trying Soundtrack Released 15 Years Ago

50 Cent have gone down as one of the most successful rappers of all-time. 50 would rearrange the mixtape game before being signed to Eminem and Shady Records. Get Rich or Die Trying is one of the biggest debut albums ever in hip hop. The album has sold over 12 million copies worldwide. As we all know, 50 Cent has gotten away from hip hop and into the entertainment world. He’s helped put out the popular series, Power on Starz and a show on ABC called Life. Before all that, 50 put out something of his life story with the movie titled Get Rich or Die Trying. The movie was great and the soundtrack was also dope. The Get Rich or Die Trying Soundtrack went platinum and sold over 3 million copies worldwide. Hustler’s Ambition was the lead single from the soundtrack.

Hustler’s Ambition was a dope track and one that would have fit perfectly on his debut album. Window Shopper was the follow-up to Hustler’s Ambition and it was another dope track. On the clean version of Window Shopper, 50 took aim at Fat Joe, Ja Rule and Jadakiss. As we all know, 50 never liked Ja Rule, but he targeted Fat Joe and Jadakiss for making New York with Ja. Best Friend was the third single and it was featured in the movie. This was another nice joint off the album and 50 released two more singles.
