South Circle Unsolved Mysteries Featuring 8Ball & Tela

Welcome to another Thursday as that mean we are closer to the weekend. It has been a while since I’ve done Throwback Thursday because I was dealing with Covid. Fortunately, everything is great now and I’m glad to feel much better. My playlist this week started with the Last Meal from Snoop Dogg and then I’m Serious from T.I. The Great Depression from DMX, Ironman from Ghostface and the new joint from Meek Mill was also played. Here I Stand from Usher and the Unplugged album from Alicia Keys also made the playlist. My featured Throwback Thursday track is from South Circle as many know were part of Suave House Records. South Circle consisted of Thorough and Mr. Mike and their album Anotha Day Anotha Balla is a classic to me. The album featured 8Ball & MJG and Tela.

The album was released on the 4^th of July back in 1995. Unfortunately, this was the only album they released, but Mr. Mike dropped his Wicked Wayz joint the following year. The Anotha Day Anotha Balla is one of the albums I’ve talked about you have from Suave House. The featured track features 8Ball & Tela and it’s called Unsolved Mysteries. There are a lot of great tracks on the album, but Unsolved Mysteries is my favorite. This was the first time Tela appeared on a Suave House track. Of course, he would release his debut album later called Piece of Mind. Check out the track Unsolved Mysteries up above.
