One of the many things I’ve wanted to improve on has been my health. I’ll be the first to admit that my food choices are one of the biggest things needed to be corrected. The other issues are that I’m lacking fiber and protein in my diet. Recently, I’ve been snacking on apples, nuts, and berries to get my needed fiber intake. Seeing that I’m no longer working night shift, but the 2nd one my eating still suffers. For the longest, I’ve relied on fast food or just not eating at all. That all changed a couple of months ago when I got the chance to try the Naked Nutrition Protein Powder. There were great benefits in using it and the strawberry/banana was the flavor that was tried. I’m usually mixing the strawberry/banana protein powder with almond milk, strawberries, and bananas.

This time I’ve tried the Hot Cocoa Protein Powder from Naked Nutrition. Whenever the weather is much than now, I’ll try something frozen to get me through the day. We have been having cool weather, which is the perfect time for anything to cocoa. Being that I’m on 2nd shift I’ve had to change my eating habits around. As long as I’m eating breakfast, this is usually the only meal needed for my day. I’ll wake up around 7:30 in the morning and have some breakfast. I’m laying right back down around 9:30 or 10 and then sleep until 2. After getting ready. I’ll make a protein shake and take some fruit to snack on throughout the night. After getting off around midnight, I’ll head to the gym every other night. I’m usually home by 1:30 the nights I’m at the gym and 12:30 the other ones. the Chocolate Naked Shake is brand new and wonderful alternative when the Hot Chocolate flavor. Throughout my time at work I’m snacking on fruits, nuts, or some peanut butter. Water is the only thing I’m drinking throughout the night. I’m drinking around 5 or 6 during the 8.5 hours at work and that includes the one I’m drinking on my way there. The only I’ve used for my Hot Cocoa Protein Shakes are below.
