Water damage has always been one thing that my other homeowner peers told me to watch out for. Learning how susceptible a roof can be to this really has me thinking about the kinds of maintenance we’ve been neglecting for it. Before that gets worse, I’ll call over a roofer so we can see if it can still be fixed or if we need a replacement by now.
