Week 15 is in the books, and we have a couple of teams that’s clinched playoff berths. My Week 15 NFL predictions garnered a 7-2 record and that included Jacksonville beating Dallas. My overall record jumped to 86-44 and my winning percentage now sits at 66.2%. Tampa Bay falling to Cincinnati was the loss of the week. The second came on the Sunday Night game when the Giants defeated the Commanders. The defending champion Los Angeles Rams were officially eliminated from playoff consideration. They fell to Green Bay on Monday Night 24-12. The San Francisco 49ers continue to highlight why many believe they’ll represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. The Niners clinched the NFC West with their win over Seattle last Thursday. Minnesota improved to 11-3 after making the biggest comeback in NFL history against Indianapolis. The Vikings were down 33-0 and they managed to win the game 39-36.

Buffalo got revenge on Miami by beating them in an amazing game in Buffalo. The Eagles improved to 13-1 by beating Chicago, but it cost them their quarterback. Jalen Hurts has a sprained shoulder and could miss Saturday night’s game in Dallas. Detroit continues their playoff push by going to New York and knocking off the Jets. Kansas City needed overtime to knock off the 1-win Houston Texans. The finish to the Patriots and Raiders game will be talked about for years to come. Las Vegas intercepted a lateral and took it back to the house for the winning score after time expired. The NFC South is a mess, and everyone is still in the running for the division. Jacksonville is making a push in the AFC South to catch the sliding Titans. This week I’ll be predicting a total of 11 games.

We start things off with the Thursday Night game between two playoff hopefuls. The Jacksonville Jaguars makes the trip to New York to take on the Jets. Jacksonville enters this contest winner of three of their last four games. They are two games out of the final Wild Card spot, but only a game behind the Titans in the division. Trevor Lawrence is looking like the generational QB that many said he would be. Can they make it 4 out of 5 wins? New York have hit a skid after dropping their 3^rd in a row. The Jets have also lost 4 of 5 games in the process. New York is tied with the Patriots being a game out of the final Wild Card spot. I’m on the Jacksonville bandwagon and think they’ll win. Jaguars Win 27-20

We have two teams that need to win out and get help to make the playoffs. The New Orleans Saints head up to Cleveland to take on the Browns. Despite being 5-9, New Orleans is only a game out of 1^st place in the NFC South. The Saints have been decimated by injuries all season. They picked up a huge win against Atlanta last week. They really need this win seeing they travel to Philadelphia next week before finishing against Carolina. Cleveland have quietly won 3 of 4 games. The Browns are 1 of 4 teams in the AFC with a 6-8 record. Cleveland is two games back of the final Wild Card spot with three games to play. Can Deshaun Watson turn back the clock and lead them to a playoff spot? I’m picking Cleveland to win this one. Browns Win 20-17

We have the Seattle Seahawks traveling to the Midwest to face the Kansas City Chiefs. Seattle finished the first half of the season with a 6-3 record. They were in first place of the NFC West but have gone 1-4 ever since. Geno Smith is still one of the bright spots of the NFL season and the Seahawks. Many picked them to be in contention for the #1 draft pick. They are a half game behind Washington for the final Wild Card spot. With Kansas City, they are still hoping to get the top spot in the AFC. They are tied with Buffalo atop of the AFC, but the Bills own the tiebreaker after defeating Kansas City early in the season. Kansas City continues to win after defeating the Seahawks. Chiefs Win 34-21

We head to the NFC in what could be a potential playoff matchup. The New York Giants head to Minnesota to face the Vikings. The Giants defeated the Commanders on Sunday Night. The win marked the first win for New York in a month. The win also catapulted them a game above Washington in the Wild Card race. Can they keep that momentum from Sunday night against the Vikings? This could be a must-win seeing they finish the season in Philly before playing Indy. Minnesota is still the 2^nd seed in the NFC, but the Niners are coming on strong. Minnesota had the historic comeback against the Colts last week. Will the Vikings continue to build on that miracle? I’m picking Minnesota to keep winning by beating New York. Vikings Win 31-21

We head to the AFC for this key matchup. The Cincinnati Bengals will head to Foxboro to face the New England Patriots. Cincinnati is arguably the hottest team in the league after winning 6 consecutive games. With their win over Kansas City earlier in the season, the Bengals can claim the top spot in the AFC. They are a game behind the Chiefs and Bills, and they have Buffalo at home next week. Can the Bengals make it seven in a row? The heartbreaking loss to the Raiders last week has the Patriots reeling. New England is now on the outside looking of the playoff race. They are a game behind the Dolphins and Chargers and tied with the Jets. They finish the season against Buffalo and Miami and will fall to Cincinnati. Bengals Win 26-24

We head back to the NFC for this next key matchup. The Detroit Lions head south to Carolina to battle the Panthers. Detroit finds themselves a half game behind the Commanders for the final Wild Card spot. They are tied with Seattle with a 7-7 record, but the Lions are one of the hottest teams in the league. Detroit have defeated the Giants, Jaguars, Vikings, and Jets during their streak. They have won 6 of their last 7 games. Carolina had their 2-game winning streak snapped at the hands of Pittsburgh last week. They remain a game behind the Bucs in the NFC South despite their 5-9 record. The Panthers defense have improved a lot over the past couple of months. Unfortunately, they won’t contain this Detroit offense. Lions Win 27-21

We have another matchup with an NFC South team that could win their division. The Atlanta Falcons head to Baltimore to face off against the Ravens. Desmond Ridder had his first start a week ago in New Orleans and now he travels to Baltimore. Ridder almost led the Falcons to a win over the Saints. The offense is starting to click at the right time for Atlanta. Can they leave Baltimore with the huge upset? Baltimore is hopeful they get Lamar Jackson back for this final stretch. The Ravens offense put up only 3 points last week against Cleveland. The Ravens lead the Dolphins and Chargers by a game for the top Wild Card spot. They still have hopes of winning their division seeing they finish the season in Cincinnati. Baltimore should win this one. Ravens Win 24-21

We head to the NFC for this matchup of two playoff bound teams if the season ended today. The Washington Commanders heads out west to San Francisco to battle the 49ers. Washington had their 4-game undefeated streak snapped last Sunday night. The Commanders fell to the division rival Giants in controversial fashion. Despite that, Washington holds the final playoff spot heading into this game. Can Washington pull off the upset and remain in the Wild Card? If Cincinnati is the hottest team in the AFC, the Niners have been called the hottest in the NFC. Despite injuries to Jimmy G. and Deebo Samuel, the Niners have reeled off seven consecutive wins. The defense continues to smother their opponents. They should pressure Heinicke all game and forced a couple of turnovers. San Francisco will make it 8 in a row. 49ers Win 27-17

We have the Game of the Week in the NFL between two heated rivals. The Philadelphia Eagles travel down to Dallas to face the Cowboys. The Eagles come into this game with a 13-1 record. With a win, they can clinch the top seed in the NFC along with the division. Jalen Hurts enter this contest with a sprained shoulder, and we don’t know his availability. Gardner Minshew is looking likely to get the start against Dallas. The Cowboys are coming off a heartbreaking loss in Jacksonville to the Jaguars. They enter this game three games behind the Eagles for the division. Dallas could still win the division, but they must win out while Philly lose out. This is sure to get heated, but the Eagles not having Hurts is huge. Dallas should get their revenge and beat Philly. Cowboys Win 31-20

We have the final game on Christmas Eve, and this is a special one. The Las Vegas Raiders travel to Pittsburgh to meet the Steelers. This will mark the 50^th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception by Franco Harris. Speaking of Mr. Harris, he passed away a couple days ago. The Raiders have won four of their last five games to move within a couple games of the playoffs. Can they continue to trend in the right direction with hopes of a possible playoff berth? It seems like the Steelers were headed for a high draft pick they turn things around Pittsburgh have won 3 of 4 games and tied with the Raiders at 6-8. This is a tough one, but Pittsburgh should be playing a more spirited game due to the passing of Franco Harris. Steelers Win 23-21

The Green Bay Packers travel down to South Beach to take on the Miami Dolphins. Green Bay is a couple games back in the loss column from the final Wild Card spot. They have won two in a row, and it seems like Aaron Rodgers is on the same page with his receivers. Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillion are running the ball effectively and the defense is making key plays. Could Rodgers will his team to a playoff berth after a disastrous start? The Miami Dolphins have dropped 3 consecutive games? Miami went from challenging the Bills for the division crown to holding the final Wild Card spot. In all fairness, the Dolphins played 3 playoff teams in those games on the road. Miami gets back into the win column in this one. Dolphins Win 31-27

We have the Monday Night game between two teams headed in the opposite direction. The Los Angeles Chargers head northeast to Indianapolis to battle the Colts. Los Angeles is starting to get healthy, and they have won 3 of 4 games. They are tied with the Dolphins for the 6^th spot in the AFC, but they hold the tiebreaker. The Chargers could be looking at the 5^th seed in the AFC. The 5^th seed mean they’d play Tennessee or Jacksonville in the playoffs as opposed to Cincinnati possibly. The Colts are coming off the game where they allowed the biggest comeback in NFL history. Jonathan Taylor is likely done for the season. Matt Ryan was benched again, but this time for Nick Foles. It doesn’t matter because Los Angeles should win this contest. Chargers Win 27-20
