KRS-One is widely considered one of the greatest rappers of all-time. He was definitely one of the MCs that made the original Golden Era of Hip Hop special. KRS-One formed the Boogie Down Productions with DJ Scott LaRock. They released their debut album 35 years ago today and it was called Criminal Minded. Doggfather from Snoop Dogg, Carter IV by Lil Wayne, and the New Yo Gotti joint started things off. Mixtapes from DJ Rondevu, Tapemasters Inc., DJ Goldfinger and G-Unit Radio Pt. 5 were all bumped this week. What can I say about 2Pac that I haven’t said before; he’s the greatest musician of all-time to me. Despite his passing over 25 years ago, he’s still my biggest idol next to my father.
