    Daddy’s Hangout 2021 Week 3 NFL Predictions

Welcome to Week 3 of the 2021 NFL season in what has been an exciting couple of weeks. My record from a week ago was 8-4, which pushed my overall mark to 13-8. My winning percentage heading into Week 3 is 61.9% which means I’m below my targeted mark. The Los Angeles Rams continue to impress as they outlasted the Colts on the road. Buffalo rebounded nicely in Miami as they blanked the Dolphins. The Las Vegas Raiders are looking like real contenders early on after beating the Steelers on the road. The Titans, Cowboys and Patriots picked up their first victory of the season on the road. Carolina, Tampa…

    Daddy’s Hangout 2021 Week 2 NFL Predictions

Welcome to 2021 Week 2 of the NFL season as things kicked off with a bang. Last week was bad, but it could have been much worse with my predictions. My record was 5-4, which falls way short on my quest to have at least a 70% winning percentage. The big shockers on Sunday had to be the Saints dominate the Packers for starters. The other one saw the Arizona Cardinals decimate the Tennessee Titans. On Monday, we saw one of, if not the best game when the Raiders beat the Ravens in OT. We will kick things off this week with the New York Giants visiting the Washington Football…

Daddy’s Hangout 2020 Conference Championship Predictions

We are now down to the Final Four of this NFL season. My record for the Divisional Round was 2-2 and my playoff mark is 6-4. My two losses came when the Buffalo Bills defeated the Baltimore Ravens, and the Buccaneers took down the Saints. The Green Bay Packers defeated the Los Angeles Rams to advance to the NFC Championship for my first win. My other win saw the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Cleveland Browns in a close one to advance. This was a great weekend of football and so much to unpack as we head to the Conference Championships. Did we see Drew Brees play his final game…

    Daddy’s Hangout 2020 Week 16 NFL Predictions

Welcome to Week 16 of the NFL season as we are almost done with this tumultuous outing. The big news coming out of last week was the Jets beating the Rams for their first win. On Monday Night, the Bengals upset the Pittsburgh Steelers which was one of my losses. My record last week was 4-4, which dropped my mark to 76-43. The winning percentage dipped from 64.9 to 63.9%. The Chargers won their second consecutive game by beating the Las Vegas Raiders. The Chicago Bears beat Minnesota to stay alive in the NFC playoff hunt. The fourth loss came when the Kansas City Chiefs beat the New Orleans Saints.…

49ers Advance to Super Bowl After Overpowering Packers

The San Francisco 49ers overpower Packers to advance to Super Bowl LIV. San Francisco used their smothering defense to frustrate Aaron Rodgers all game. Raheem Mostert provided the 49ers with all the offense they needed. The running back finished the game with 220 yards rushing on 29 carries. Mostert finished with four rushing touchdowns. Jimmy Garoppolo only attempted 8 passes, completing six of them for 77 yards. San Francisco went into halftime with a 27-0 lead as they dominated the first half. Mostert scored three of his touchdowns in the first half. Green Bay opened the second half with a nice drive culminating in an Aaron Jones 9 yard TD…

Daddy’s Hangout NFL 2020 Conference Championship Predictions

Who had the Kansas City taking on the Tennessee Titans for a chance at the Super Bowl?  Did you also have the San Francisco 49ers hosting the Green Bay Packers to represent the NFC? The 49ers-Packers matchup was more believable than the AFC title game. My record for the Wild Card round was 1-3, but the Divisional games were the complete opposite. Last week my record was 3-1 and the only defeat was that Titans team beating Baltimore. In the AFC, Tennessee rode Derrick Henry to an improbable win over the top seed. Tennessee frustrated Lamar Jackson into 2 INTs and a fumble as the leading MVP candidate couldn’t get…
