Finished Plate

With all the great weather, we’ve been fortunate enough to have; it usually means more time spent outside and cooking on the grill. If I didn’t work night shift and was tired, I’d probably cook on the grill every night. That doesn’t stop me from grilling out Thursday, Friday, Saturday and some Sundays, plus I think my family would love for me to be home every night to cook. One of the great things about blogging, which there are many, but I get the chance to try distinctive foods to try or different kinds of spices and sauces. Recently, I was fortunate enough to try out the newly reformulated Weber BBQ sauces. If anyone knew about BBQ sauces, then it would have to be Weber because you already know their contributions in grilling with their lines of grills. Their BBQ sauces have a bold taste, with “sticks to my food” consistency, lofty quality while having no high fructose, corn syrup, artificial flavors nor artificial preservatives, unlike most BBQ sauces. Along with the BBQ sauces, they offer different flavors of Weber Seasonings also that will make your next cookout an even bigger success and the include Chile Lime, Honey Garlic, Sriracha and Kansas City BBQ Flavors. Weber reintroduces five great flavors that you all will enjoy and there’s a flavor for everyone to enjoy, and they are: Original, Honey, Hickory, Sweet-n-Spicy and the new Applewood Brown Sugar. I was lucky enough to get three of the available sauces and below are some details about the sauces:

Weber BBQ Sauces

• Original – The perfect blend of natural spices and molasses deliver a sweet, thick taste
• Honey – Sweet and slightly tangy notes combine with subtle spice and fragrant honey for a satisfying bite
• Hickory – Natural hickory smoke melds with a blend of spices for hearty, robust flavor
• Sweet ’N Spicy – A colorful blend of chili pepper, chipotle and molasses results in a spicy flavor boost
• NEW Applewood Brown Sugar – Smoky Applewood combines with the sweetness of brown sugar for deliciously unique taste

Chicken on Grill

The first of the Weber BBQ sauces I wanted to try was the Honey BBQ sauces because I really love Honey BBQ. With my kids throwing hints that I haven’t cooked chicken on the grill in a couple of weeks, I decided, why not throw some on the grill and use the Weber BBQ sauce. Let’s just say that afterwards, I have found something to tell everyone about because the food turned out great, even my daughter said it smelled and tasted like heaven. You can also enjoy the taste of the BBQ sauce from Weber by heading to your local grocery store, and it’s only $3.49.
